What is your return policy for intimate apparel?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unopened packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
How should I care for my L'eggs products to make them last?
We recommend hand washing your hosiery in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging them to air dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down the elastic fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to international customers in the near future.
