Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure hygiene standards are met; items that have been tried on or removed from original cardboard inserts cannot be accepted.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
